How to play
- Pick a sport. NBA or NFL. Each round rolls a real team from a real era, like the 1990s Bulls or the 1985 Bears.
- Draft from memory. You and your opponent draft from the same squad. Knowing who played there, and which season was the good one, is the whole game.
- Set your strategy. Choose how your team plays: a gamestyle and minutes in basketball, a game plan in football.
- Watch it play out. The game is simulated from real season statistics, play by play, with a full box score at the end.

Yes. Draft Nova is free to play, in your browser, with nothing to install.
Do I need an account?
No. You can play a practice game right away without one. A free account keeps your record, badges and stats, and lets you play ranked games and challenge your friends.
Can I play NBA or NFL?
Both. Basketball drafts a ten-player roster from NBA history. Football drafts quarterbacks, running backs, receivers and tight ends by name, and the lines, defense and special teams as units.
How do I play my friends?
Create a free account, open Squads, then Friends, and add your friends by username. Send a challenge, pick NBA or NFL, and draft against each other live.
